KTE/SE Two Stage extruder line, the first stage is twin screw extruder for shearing, dispersing and compounding, no counter pressure because there is no die head which can avoid temperature leak and ensure high output. The second stage is large size single screw extruder for cooling and creating pressure for extruding and cutting.

Black Masterbatch Pelletizing Extruder Machine
For Heat-sensitive, Heat-sensitive or High filler material, KTE/SE series Two Stage Extruders are designed for such processes. Twin screw extruder provides mixing and dispersion without over-shear. Low speed single screw extruder provides sufficient cooling and pressure.
